1 July, 1 October and 1 January each year. Updates are shown as "bold
and underlined"
for new text and "strikethrough" for deleted text.
Each quarter, all files are replaced. The version can be identified by the quarter and year identifier in the footer of each page (eg, "1/2009" = first quarter of 2009).
